Effective October 20, 2026. This site belongs to Lionel Lynner Design & Creative, a one-person design studio in Portland, Oregon. It collects very little, and here is all of it.
What the contact form collects
When you send the contact form, it collects your name, email address, the type of project, a rough budget and your message. The form is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form service. I use it only to reply to you about your project. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or share your details.
Site analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so I know what is useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you arrived. It does not tell me who you are. Google's own use of this data is covered by how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or any tracker blocker, and the site works the same.
Hosting and code libraries
The site is hosted by IONOS, whose servers keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses and request times. A few code libraries for the home page animation load from the jsDelivr network, which sees the same basic request information. There is no advertising, no ad tracking and no social media tracking pixels on this site.
Your choices
You can ask what I have from you, or ask me to delete it, at any time by emailing hey@lldcpdx.com. I keep project emails only as long as they are useful for the work and my business records.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
